After dropping her home, I headed straight to the company. I hadn’t told anyone I was coming; it was meant to be a surprise visit. The moment I parked my car and walked inside, what I saw made my blood boil. There was no sense of responsibility, no discipline—what should have been a serious office felt more like a casual café. Files lay incomplete, and the employees seemed oblivious to their duties.

I didn’t waste a second. I fired two or three people on the spot. “Is this how you work?” I barked. “This file is still unfinished! Who is the legal head of the law department?”
